Effective date: October 25, 2026
O.Riley Media ("we," "us") is a husband-and-wife photography business. This policy explains what information our website, oriley.media, collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We've kept it short and in plain English.
When you fill out our inquiry form, we collect what you choose to tell us:
Along with your inquiry, we also save a few details about how you found the site:
All of this is kept in our own database.
We use your information to reply to your inquiry, plan and manage your booking, and understand which ways of finding us are working.
We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising.
To limit spam and repeated submissions, we turn your IP address into a one-way scrambled code (a "hash") and use it only for rate limiting and spam protection. We can't turn the code back into your IP address.
We don't track visitors across other websites. Because no cross-site tracking happens, we don't change anything when your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal.
We use a few service providers to run the site and handle your inquiry. They process information on our behalf:
We also use Google Search Console to see how our site appears in Google search results. It shows us search data about the site, not information about individual visitors on our site.
We keep inquiries as long as we need them to respond to you and manage bookings. If an inquiry doesn't become a booking, we delete it after 2 years. We keep client records for 7 years.
You can ask to see the information we have about you, or ask us to delete it. Email us at [email protected] and we'll take care of it.
Our website isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and change the effective date above.
